RETURN POLICY
We are so confident in the quality of our products
that we provide all our customers an exclusive 30
Day Money Back Guarantee. The 30-day policy starts
the day your item is delivered to you and ends the
day you return the item back to us. The product you
are returning must be postmarked within the 30-day
time limit in order to receive a refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase within the first 30 days, you must first
call our Customer Care Center at (800) 657-8214 or
(541) 245-4488 to arrange for a return. Do not
send your product back without first calling us to
receive the return instructions and RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number.
Receiving the RMA number within 30 days does not
imply a refund – the product you are returning must
be postmarked within the 30 day trial.
We recommend you add tracking to your package
when returning it to us. This will allow you to
track the progress of your returned item and
guarantee that we have received it. Once we have
received your return, we will gladly issue a refund
of the product price. It can take up to 7 business
days to process refunds; a confirmation email is
sent if we have your email address on file. We do
not refund shipping and handling costs.
WARRANTY
Our products come with a 1 Year Warranty against
any defects in manufacturing. If something goes
wrong with your unit(s) due to a manufacturing
defect within one year of purchase, contact us at
(800) 657-8214 or (541) 245-4488 and we will happily
replace the unit(s) free of charge within the United
States. If you are outside the United States, please
contact us at (541) 245-4488 and we will arrange
with you a replacement of the unit(s) that are
defective. Do not send your product back without
first calling us to receive your return instructions
and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
